By downloading or using the Community Events Records Monitor (CERM) app, these terms automatically apply to you.

1. Subscription & billing

CERM operates on a freemium model. Core functionality is provided for free with strict usage limits. The Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers remove these limits as outlined on our Pricing page.

• Subscriptions are processed exclusively via the Google Play Store.
• Cross-platform access (Desktop) requires an active Platinum subscription.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

2. Data responsibility

While BenDevsPro uses enterprise-grade encryption (Firebase and SQLCipher — see our Privacy Policy) to protect your synced cloud backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your community ledgers. We are not liable for data entry errors made within the application.

3. App availability & updates

We are committed to keeping the app useful and efficient. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you without making it clear exactly what you are paying for.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract the source code, or bypass the RevenueCat entitlement verifications built into the application.
